xmartin - son of xfroot

Xmartin (a root window decorator) at patchlevel 1 is available:

   o from uxc.cso.uiuc.edu in pub/xfroot/xmartin.shar
   o from export.lcs.mit.edu in contrib/xmartin.tar.Z
   o soon from comp.sources.x
   o by email request to ejk at ux2.cso.uiuc.edu

Patchlevel 1 has tvtwm support & a fix for a bug in static color processing.
