newclean (old version)

Hi,

	Does anyone have the old version of newsclean?  I've got the new version
(2.10 I think!) but it doesn't do what the old one does, and it is that feature 
that I desperately need.  Either that, or could someone tell me the address of
the guy who wrote it (Oliver ?)
