Desperately seeking 'vu' (program similar to less)

Hi,
	I am looking for a program called 'vu'.  I was told that it had been
posted to usenet somtime ago (second hand information).  I'm not sure
what the status of the program is, public doamin, shareware, copy-lefted,
etc.  I am interested in getting information on how to obtain the source.
	I currently DO NOT have ftp access.  If someone can either send me
information as to an uucp archive site that has it or e-mail me a shar
of it that would be great.
