CRISP editor on SYSV with no CSH

I've managed to get this thing to build on XENIX/V 386 2.3.1, but haven't
yet managed to get it to run properly.  It would have been nice if the
manual/document were in some roff form so that the rest of the world
could print it out.  SIGH.

Has anyone gotten it working completely, particularly with Wyse terminals?
