IRC Conference system

[Lance Ellinghouse]

I heard on this group about a set of programs called IRC(?)
that impliment a Conferenceing System. I would like to take a look
at it. I cannot find it at any of the ale.sources archive sites
that I have looked around. Can someone either point me in the right direction
or send me the source?
