file conversion program (cnvt) fix

My apologies.
I forgot that uucp has trouble with this file because of the ^M (ASCII CR)
in the middle of the addcr line.  The offending line should look like:

		addcr)	sed s/$/^M/ $x >$x.$$;;

where the 2-character ^M representation above is actually a CTRL-M
So if you're having trouble with the "cnvt" shell script I posted,
use your favorite editor to fix that line, then all should be well.
