Thanks for the info on elvis

Thanks for the insight to using tinytcap.c instead of the termcap
entries. I found the same problems with lost clusters on my tmp
directory using elvis. Found the problem in cut.c. The reason I
had asked about the termcap replacement, I had not received the
docs, just the sources.
