2.9bsd 22bits with 11/73

Has anyone succesfully used the 11/73 with 22 bit addressing
and, if so, is there any way to continue using a tm-11 18bit
tape drive with such a system?  Specifically I have cipher 910
with Western Peripherals TC151 controller.  All my other DMA
devices are 22-bit switchable (SC03 Emulex disk controller, e.g).
