possible bug in the tip code in acu.c for 4.2bsd

I'm not sure if this in just our code for acu.c or if it is a generic
problem (I suspect the latter), but in checking the phone number
characters in the set 0123456789-=* you should also insert a K into
it because modem types like the Vadic 34* series and the SSM use the
letter K to denote a pause. There are two places in the file around
lines 71 and 100. Simply add the letter 'K' to the string passed to
the 'any' routine.
