    We have a pdp-11/23 with RT-11 running on it (That is what it 
came with).  We recently got OSMI Pascal but it does not interface
to the machine as well as we need.  I am not thrilled about programming
in MACRO-11 so where can I get a C real cheap?  Oh, our RT-11 is 
version 4.0
