ctags program wanted - (nf)

There is a useful utility to be used with vi and a directory of
C files, know as ctags.  Vi can use the file created by this program
as a data base (see the tags command in ex).  While this data base
can be created manually, it would be useless if the tags file is not
cept current.  Does anybody have a public domain (or Sys V) version
of the ctags program?
