Mod.std.c, an USENET group for moderated discussion of the
ANSI C proposed standard will be forwarded to the ARPA INFO-C
list.  However, a reply mechanism should be in place so that
ARPA folks reply to

		cbosgd!std-c at Berkeley.ARPA

Arpa folks can also send their comments on the standard to the
above address for inclusion in the digests that we prepare.
