cross C compiler or assembler for 6502 wanted

My group need a cross C compiler running in Unix(tm) for MOS 6502/6510
microprocessor.  We prefer that the output is in assembly language and a cross
assembler is also available.

If you know any existing cross C compiler or cross assembler for MOS 6502/6510
or other 8 bit processors, please call, mail, or reply on net.  Any lead will
be appreciated.  Your help will save us from scratching Steve Johnson's portable
C compiler.  Thank you in advance.
