Version 7 'C' library documentation wanted

We are developing a Waterloo 'C' to run under various machines such as
IBM VM/CMS System 370, IBM MVS, and IBM OS.  Our library currently 
implements the library functions provided with 4.2 BSD UNIX 'C'.
Some of the library functions provided by the Bell Labs Release 7.0
are unrelated to any of the routines described in the Berkeley
documentation.  We would like to implement some of the Bell Labs
routines and need the documentation.
