How to access net.sources?

[WAGREICH at BBNA.ARPA]

II  am  new  to  the  INFO-C  group.  Could someone tellme how to
access net.sources from the ARPAnet?  Is it a bulletin board or a
newsgroup?   Any information you can give me for getting material
from net.sources would be appreciated.
