C interpreters: Run/C and Instant-C

Yes, I really mean "interpreters".  They claim to interpret, not
compile and I intend to find out exactly what this means.

Has anyone used either of these two C interpreters.  Does anyone have
any experiences with them or any other C interpreters?

Run/C is a product of Lifeboat Associates.
Instant-C is a product of Rational Systems, Inc.
