Looking for a PIC C Compiler for 680X0

     I've been doing some looking with little success so it's time to turn
to the infinite resources of the net.  I would like to locate a C cross
compiler for a 680X0 which runs on a VAX with UNIX 4.2 and produces
position independent code.  The position independent requirement is
just that, a REQUIREMENT.  If I hear enough requests I'll gladly post
to the net.
