incrementing after a cast

`Wrongo, fishbreath.' Sorry about that. Casts, ++, and unary * all
have the same precedence; but they group right-to-left, not left-to-
right.
Thanks to Roger Hale for pointing this one out. I wonder how I managed
that kind of slip?
