This was in error.  The contest rules are being published in the May 86 issue of
the "Micro/Systems Journal", and the 1986 winners will be published later.

The winners will be first announced at the Usenet BOF of the Summer 1986 Usenix
conference.  (and/or on the conference message board if need be)  The following
week (say 16-June-86) winners will be posted to net.lang.c with a pointer from
net.announce for folks who do not read it on a regular basis.

The deadline for entires is STILL 30-May-86.
