FORTRAN -> C (or Pascal)

I know it has been discussed before, but are there any public domain
or commercial FORTRAN to C or FORTRAN to Pascal translators?

I know about FORTRIX, but I understand it costs $6000. (That is a little
much since I only have convert one program!!)
