CURSES package for Atari ST

I have used the CURSES package extensively on the VAX, and the UNIX. Is
something similar available for the Atari ST (preferably Megamax or
Lazer)?

In case you don't understand, CURSES is a window management library for
the UNIX (which has been translated to the VAX as well).
