Third round comments on proposed ANSI C

I would appreciate receiving a copy of any comments being sent to
CBEMA X3 as part of the third round of public review, by E-mail if
possible.  This will facilitate preparing issue lists for use at
the next X3J11 meeting, and an initial draft of the response document.

Continue to send official comments to the X3 Secretariat.
Nothing I receive is taken as an official comment
(except insofar as it is also sent to X3).
