dpANS style

Somebody recently sent me a copy of the Indian Hills C style guide.
Much to my surprise, it is a version that I rewrote in a previous
lifetime!  Well, I'm rewriting it again.  When I'm done (again) I'll
post it to comp.lang.c.  (Probably another month or so).  In the
meanwhile, I'm asking help.  Words of wisdom wanted -- in particular:

* Portability issues
* Formatting
* Help yourself debug
* Famous broken code

* Special style issues for dpANS C

If anybody wants to review a *draft* version and can do so
quickly and on short notice, drop me a e-note.  At some point
I'll send you a draft, you read it & criticize, zing me back
the changed version, & I'll send it on to the next reviewer.
