Redirecting output to printer....

Hi....

Is there any way to redirect the output from stdout to a printer....

A friend of mine wants to write the ouput directly to the printer.....
Is this possible?

Currently he is using a mac ii and lightspeed C.....
Is also possible on quick or microsoft C?
