third public review of ANSI C

I've just been informed that the third formal public review
of the draft proposed American National Standard for
Programming Language C will run from 1-Jul-1988 to 1-Sep-1988.

This is later than expected, and will probably have some
impact on the X3J11 meeting schedule.  I'll post further
details as they become available.
