Window manager for VAX-VMS

I'm looking for a window manager software for VAX-VMS; I know the
VMS Message utility but I need something at an higer level and possibly
not specific for the VMS environment (UNIX, and MSDOS-OS2).

The best thing would be an X-Window implementation running under VMS,
does someone know if it exists?

Also a "Courses" implementation would be good.

Any sugestion?
