IBM-PC/DOS: Writing TSRs in C.

Does anybody have experience in writing TSRs for DOS in C.  I would like
to get a hold of some C source that would show the basic principles of
writing a TSR, for example, making a small program memory resident and
trapping the keyboard interrupt to watch for hot keys.  Please e-mail me
if you have code, have hints or suggested reading, or know of any BBSs
or archives that have some TSR code.  Thanks.
