Seconds from 19xx to Date (and visa versa)

    This has most likly been covered, and if so, please forgive
me.
    Does anyone have a routine to change back and forth between
seconds from 19xx to a Year, Month, Day sort of Date?  If not
could some one point me in the proper direction?
