C documentation standards

This may be something that has been brought up before, but I haven't
been reading this group for a while (I think some people must just read
news all day).  Does anyone know of, or even better, have some standards
for C code documentation?  I have heard of one from Indian Hills or 
something like that.  Any help would be appreciated!
