<varargs.h> for Turbo C ?

What in the world is this that you "know"??

<stdarg.h> is in the final C Standard; it replaces the functionality
of the widely-used <varargs.h> with a somewhat incompatible interface,
and requires that variadic functions be declared with the ,... notation.
