Borland's TURBO-C for the ATARI-ST...Exists???

Does anyone know of the existence in the US of "Turbo-C" from Borland
                    ***  FOR  THE  ATARI-ST  *** ???
I've heard rumors of it in West Germany, but nothing concrete!
Any Info. would be much appreciated!
