netdb.h Include file for BSD Sockets?

In a recent article on BSD sockets in 'UNIX World' there were some 'C'
examples. At least one of them used an include file  called 'netdb.h'. I
haven't had any luck finding it on our Gould system. Does anybody know what 
this is?
