I'm looking for your advice on C screen management software. We want to use
it as part of a toolkit to support educational simulation software development.
Our essential requirements include windowing, definable fields within windows
for data display in flexible formats, scrolling windows, dynamic creation and
deletion of windows and fields, support for video attributes, editable fields,
draggable windows and fields; source code preferred.
Our "desirables" include support on both PCs and Unix (curses), support for
common graphics standards, mouse support.
If you've used one (or preferably several) of Vermont Views, C-scape, SMP,
Blaise Tools, Radix or the like, I'd appreciate hearing your assessment of the
product and its support. Are there other packages (commercial or shareware) we
should consider?
Please reply to grundke at tuns.ca. I'll post a summary of responses! Thanks.
