Bill Peregoy asked for any information I found, but his
address bounced.  So I am posting for him and in case there
are others looking for this.

Here is what I found in an old IEEE Software ad, there was also a net posting
about 6 months ago, but it did not sound as good, so I never followed up on
it.

I talked to them and they have a 5 page document they will send out.  There
is also a $20.00 package of 2 technical documents.  The code runs under
UNIX, VMS and DOS.  The UNIX package is $1745.00 and the DOS is $75.00.
