Where is the monthly posting?

Alas, the machine on which the FAQ list is maintained (adam) has
been down for over a week due to a bum air conditioner and a bum
air conditioner repairman.  The air conditioner is still out, but
I've booted adam long enough to transfer the files to a properly
cool machine, from which I'll be posting the updated list
shortly.  Thanks for your kind words and patience.
