Urgent help request in C(K&W)

S.G.Kochan and P.H.Wood's textbook, Topics in C Programming, 
provides free email downloading of the source code of example.
I am taking a C class requiring that book. Unfortunately, that
book is out of print. Even I borrowed the book from a library,
I could not get source code from the authors.

I would really appreciate if any one could send that source
by email.
