In my six years on notes I have seen this same "request" at least 5 times.

THIS IS ALMOST CERTAINLY A FAKE.

Somebody starts it and others pick it up, and round and round it goes.
Then a hospital or an organization (or an individual) gets deluged
with mail.

Look, guys, if you really want to help, then send a check to Make-a-Wish.
It's a real organization, but I'd verify the address before sending anything.
