looking for SCCS/RCS source for s/370

Some time back I recall a post for an MVS source
control system written in C.

If someone would be kind enough to forward something
like that to this account, I promise NOT to require
maintenance for it.

Our goal is to move Unix makfiles to MVS and thus
use parallel procedures in both environments.
