Graphics library!

	A friend of mine ask me to post a message for him.

	One of my friend(Hong Kong) ask me the manual of Meta Window 3.7B, He 
told me that it is a graphic library for C . I would like to post a news to 
ask anyone can give me information about Meta Window or any other graphic 
library package for C.
