FiFO File-Handling Program

Hello,

We need a "file fifo handling program (first in, first out) in C-Source-
Code, which has the following functions:
get first record from file
get next record from file
get first record and delete
get next record and delete
put record
record locking for concurrency should be possible.

Does anyone have such a program ?
