Building uEmacs v3.10 w/TurboC 2.0

    Has anyone successfully built uEmacs v3.10 using TurboC v2.0? I used to
have a suitable makefile and make.ini for use with NDMAKE, but I tossed all
that stuff many, many months ago to save disk space (silly me!). If anyone
has these two critical files (makefile and make.ini) for TurboC v2.0,
please send them to me. I tried building uEmacs with the supplied
makefile.tur but it is for TC v1.5 and doesn't work for the v2.0 compiler.
