Mouse on Hercules

I can not use the mouse on a Hercules card in graphics mode.
I am using interrupt 33 in my Turbo C program to get the
mouse working. My mouse routines work on CGA/EGA/VGA, but not
on Hercules.

Any idea!
Any help will be appreciated.
