		Traffic levels,
		Brian Reid's statistics on volume,
		Number of newsgroups, and where the space is going;

o	Improvements
		Discussion of NNTP v2.0,
		Interaction with C News,
		Other programs/innovations;

o	New Issues
		Proliferation of readers with external caches,
		High volume groups,
		New hierarchies.
