2.10.2 ignores Followup-To lines

I guess I should be pleased that some people think I am incapable of an
accidental bug...

I'm sorry to disappoint everyone, but there's no star chamber deviously
ripping parts out of the news software. I screwed up. (Gasp!)

Anyway, stick the following 2 lines at the end of followup() in postnews.c
and everything will be happy.
