RPCGEN 3.9

Adding RPC to SunOS is a special case, because it is already there.
Check out the README file. Also, see the file rpc/rpc.h:

#include <rpc/netdb.h>		/* structures and routines to parse /etc/rpc */

you comment out the #include <rpc/netdb.h>
