Was NN 6.3 Patch 1 posted to groups?

I am trying to add patch 4 to NN 6.3 but am running into many problems of
patch rejections.  I never did see patch 1 posted and I was not able to 
unshar patch 3 from this group.  Does patch 4 contain all the previous patches
in it or will I need to add all the patches in order.  If so where can I 
get the previous patches.  Thanks.
