perl pl36 on ultrix 4.0

I just applied the patches 29..36 from comp.sources.bugs to my perl
sources and rebuilt. The "make test" failed in the same places as it
did at pl28; the "op.eval test 7" and "op.subst test 40". The system
is a DECStation 3100 running Ultrix v4.0 (rev 179). I have reason to
believe that my sources may be slightly munged, so could someone please
send me the files op.subst and op.eval at patch level 36? I'd like to
see if they are actually broken here, and if this solves the problem.
And also, generally, has anyone else seen the same problem?
