I forgot to post trimlib, it's enclosed here.  It's also missing from
the tar images on decvax, harpo, and ucbvax.  For people who need a
complete distribution, the tar images are in ~uucp/news.tar on those
machines.  It's up to over 45 minutes at 1200 baud, so if applying the
diff will work, please don't get the tar image.

cd /usr/lib/news
mv log olog
cp /dev/null log
chmod 666 log history
