need ANSI tape program posted to net.sources

	A few weeks ago an ANSI tape manipulator program was posted to
net.sources. I was unable to save it at the time because it was send as 
our disk was 99% full. We have since added a second drive. Could some
please send me a copy or repost it. Sorry I don't remember the exact name.
