Anybody got cypher.c?

	A few weeks ago, there was a "cypher.c" program that was
supposed to have been posted to this net.  I sounded like a spiffy
program to allow users to encrypt some or all of a UN*X mail.  Some how,
the source never showed up here.  Could somebody re-post it?  OR better
yet, send a copy to me?  Apparently the path back to the author didn't
get my mail thru.
